In 2017, driven by my commitment to the Australian dream of property ownership, I founded Loan Location. Despite the challenges posed by the royal commission and the global impact of COVID-19, my dedication to helping clients navigate their financial goals remained steadfast. Leading a proficient team, we have achieved significant milestones, including substantial savings for clients in property transactions. My journey with AI began with scepticism towards ChatGPT. However, a compelling demonstration shifted my perspective, leading to a deep exploration of AI's capabilities. This transformation resulted in a tripling of our submission volume, initially overwhelming our support team. This challenge propelled us into a new phase: Commitment. At NLC, I delved into finance lending post-Global Financial Crisis in 2010. Initially grappling with the novated lease product, I soon mastered it, consistently managing double the average number of accounts per month. Within four years, I emerged as a top performer among 16 to 17 financial planners at Community Financial Services, consistently outpacing even the financial planners in sales.
